Really good Stay Near the Station
convenient station friendly staff clean room
The hotel is steps from the main station. This made my travel very easy. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information on places to visit, including walking times. I found the room modern and clean, with attention to detail .
The room was quite small. There was limited space for luggage.

The hotel is very close to Lyon Perrache train and metro station.. This provides easy access to the city center and other attractions. It is convenient for travelers arriving by train.

The reception staff offered amazing assistance. They even spent time pointing out places to visit on a city map. Celine, in particular, provided very helpful support. She.

great bed helpful staff fresh water
The bed and shower were amazing! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I received fresh water upon arrival and a fresh water fountain was available at all times.
The elevator was too small.

the location is good. the staff were very pleasant and helpful to me. the air conditioning was a definite plus because the temperatures were high.

dry face no central heating
the staff spoke english, very helpful.
the room was heated using ac units. my face felt very dry because the ac ran all day long. there was no central heating, which i found pretty odd.

Central and Convenient
fantastic aircon convenient reception
The air conditioning worked fantastically on a very hot day. I also found the 24-hour reception convenient since I arrived late one night after a concert (around midnight!).
I did not experience any issues .
