the staff gave excellent recommendations for local dining. the building has a lovely design. the location is superb and allows for easy exploration.

the hotel air conditioning was not working . the jacuzzi tub in my room also did not function. there was no hair conditioner available in the bathroom.

my beautiful double room river view offered great space. windows are large providing ample daylight. the room had comfortable beds, which gave me good rest.

i found the heating poor, this was dissapointing.

Really good Stay in Prime Location

I appreciated the executive double room. It had a comfortable bathtub and a nice atmosphere. The staff was helpful in ensuring our dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant accommodated vegan preferences. I found Clara especially helpful as she checked the reservation details meticulously.

The hotel lacked conditioner and only provided one soap dispenser for both hair and body wash. I would have preferred separate amenities.
