the staff gave excellent recommendations for local dining. the building has a lovely design. the location is superb and allows for easy exploration.

the hotel air conditioning was not working . the jacuzzi tub in my room also did not function. there was no hair conditioner available in the bathroom.

I appreciated the executive double room. It had a comfortable bathtub and a nice atmosphere. The staff was helpful in ensuring our dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant accommodated vegan preferences. I found Clara especially helpful as she checked the reservation details meticulously.

The hotel lacked conditioner and only provided one soap dispenser for both hair and body wash. I would have preferred separate amenities.
