The staff were helpful with directions. Breakfast included meats, cheeses, breads, and pastries (I especially liked the croissants). The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh water was supplied. The furnishings were comfortable.
The church bells ring every 15 minutes, quite noisy during the day. This may bother light sleepers.

The location was acceptable.
The room smelled like the bathroom. I suspect a plumbing issue under the sink caused the problem. I found this quite unpleasant. It needs immediate attention from maintenance.

The self check-in system worked well. Emails with instructions were reassuring. Bathroom products were of high quality. The temperature in the room was comfortable and easy to adjust. When rain threatened our departure, the staff offered an umbrella for our walk to the car. it WAS thoughtful.
