I found the staff friendly. They offered assistance with directions and recommendations. The room was super clean with fresh towels daily! The concierge provided excellent service by securing reservations at a popular local restaurant.

The minibar prices seemed a little high.

noisy spagrime floors

the spa was not particularly relaxing. some guests used phones, and children were noisy in the pool area. the floors had grime, and there were splashes on the walls. the bed was not suitable for two people, as it moved a lot.

i was grateful for the location that allowed easy access to various parts of the city. the hotel had great amenities, especially the pool and spa area. the service was excellent and efficient, it exceeded my expectations. i also thought the riverfront setting was beautiful.

i found that the air conditioning temperature controls were not working well , as the settings would revert to a preset temperature.
