superb location easy access good staff broken elevator closed restaurant external dining

the location was superb. it was a short stroll to vieux and across from bellecour metro! this gave easy access to all parts of the area. the reception staff were very good! they were very helpful and friendly.

the elevator was broken! so, i had to walk the three flights to my room each time. the restaurant was closed when i arrived at 7 pm.

the location was acceptable because it was close to public transit.

i had an issue with the room itself. the armchair was so old and dirty i would have thrown it away. also, there was no hot water in the shower!!!

comfortable room excellent location fresh egg dishes

the room was comfortable and very clean. i found the location excellent, convenient to attractions and transport. breakfast included freshly cooked egg dishes each morning. i really appreciated the professional staff with their attention to detail.
