the location proved ideal with easy access to the city center. i found the parking garage nearby quite convenient and well kept. the team working at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. plus, the cleanliness of the rooms made a positive impression.

during my stay, i noted the absence of shampoo in the room, considering the hotel's price point. it was a minor inconvenience though.

The staff was kind and helpful with directions. the underground car park was secure. I noticed several cctv cameras. i managed to fit luggage easily in the room's spacious closet.

the ac was somewhat working, but not as strong as i prefer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the city center. I appreciated the free water in the room.

The breakfast was pretty basic. I have never stayed at a hotel where 'breakfast until 10am' meant you actually had to be out of the dining room by then. It did not give us enough time to get more than coffee and cereal. Housekeeping did not wash or replace used coffee cups in the bedroom.
