The staff were very helpful. They spoke excellent english! the breakfast was very good. there were eggs, sausages, fresh croissants, cakes, cereals, fruits, tea, coffees, and juices.
The room had only 1 small window high up. I couldn't see out of it. this made the room quite claustrophobic. there was minimal storage with only 3 hangers. There were no drawers. the quilt was just a duvet cover. I was cold at night.

the location was acceptable as it was near the vatican.
The air conditioning was not working properly. It made the room too warm. this was frustrating because i expected better temperature control for the cost. i reported it, but it was not fixed .

the location was awesome, just a short walk to the vatican. there were many good restaurants right on the same street. the young staff at reception were really happy and helpful
the street is lovely in the morning, but at night it transforms into a crowded area full of restaurants, people eating, and some litter
