Gastronomic Restaurant Choices
Guests choose from three dining rooms or a covered terrace in our traditional Burgundy restaurant, seating 70, 50, and 40 guests. La P'tite Beursaude offers a classic Burgundy style. The chefs cook traditional and regional cuisine, with à la carte and set menus revised three times a year using fresh, seasonal produce. The terrace accommodates up to one hundred guests, with lawns and verdant groves for children. Breakfast is available in the vaulted cellars.
Vineyards and Morvan Park
The Beursaudière Inn is near the North Burgundy vineyards, which produce Auxerre wines, particularly Chablis. The inn is 15 km from Chablis. The other vineyards, like Irancy, Chitry, and Saint-Bris, and the Bailly cellars, are worth the detour. Within an hour's drive is the vintage wine route between Dijon, Nuits-St-Georges, and Beaune. The Morvan mountain offers forests, rivers, and lakes. Guests can explore Noyers-sur-Serein and the caves in Arcy-sur-Cure.
Cultural Activities
From the Beursaudière Inn, explore treasures like Noyers-sur-Serein, the Vausse priory, and the Avallon Costume Museum. Discover châteaux like Vauban's residence in Bazoches and the Château de Maulnes. One can explore Vézelay on the Way of St James, or the 12th-century Cistercian Abbey of Fontenay.
