Rooms & Suites

Château de la Resle offers 10 rooms and suites, each decorated differently. Some rooms feature a classic style with antiques and contemporary art. Others offer an interior architecture inspired by an urban loft. Rooms are located in the château and the old farm. Suites are like small apartments, most with a private kitchen, others with a large open bathroom featuring a Patricia Urquiola-designed bathtub. The Chablis room, located in the main building, is 30 m2 and offers a view of the park with the Rock Growth sculpture by Arik Levy. The two Irancy rooms, also in the main building, provide 35m2 of space with a large bathroom and views of the grounds or the hills near Chablis vineyards. The Montigny suite, in the attic, is 55m2 and has views over the Château park and the Rock Growth sculpture. The Saint Bris suite (65 m2), under the château's slate roof, includes a living room with a sofabed, a bedroom, a large bathroom, and a kitchen. Fontenay suites (75 m2), in the former Château farm, feature an urban loft style, two floors connected by a spiral staircase, a living room, and an open bathroom upstairs. Select rooms include free Wi-Fi, a minibar, Nespresso machine, Marshall speaker, and heated floors. Bathrooms feature rain showers, bathrobes, and sustainable amenities.

Dining At La Resle

La Table de La Resle offers Burgundian cuisine using local products. The menu changes weekly based on seasonal ingredients. The restaurant uses ingredients from responsible farming and ethically raised livestock, with a preference for short supply chains and local producers. A chef's table features a set menu that changes according to the seasons around a theme for each evening. Examples of main courses include tapenade of pine nuts and raisin, and slow-cooked spring lamb with rosemary and garlic. Dishes also include oven grilled fillet of trout with pine nuts and pistachios in a Vichyssoise of rucola and parsley. Jean-Paul offers a series of Poke Bowls with a home-made dessert. Breakfast is included in all room rates, featuring organic, locally sourced items such as artisanal breads, pastries, seasonal fruits, organic eggs, and Burgundy cheeses. Regional honey, homemade marmalades, Nespresso coffee, and fine teas are also available. "Art de Table" restaurant is open every Saturday evening. The room bar provides a selection of beverages, including Burgundy wines, craft beers, and soft drinks.

Spa & Wellness

Château de la Resle & Spa includes a gym, outdoor pool, sauna, and steam bath. The Spa offers beauty treatments and massages, mastering facial massage techniques and personalized body massages. Products by CODAGE PARIS, a French haute cosmetology house, are used for treatments. The hands of the Wellness Team welcome you for beauty treatments and massages.
