The staff showed great attention to detail and catered to my breakfast preferences without hesitation I received a chilled bottle of prosecco to celebrate my birthday a wonderful surprise. The hotel is modern and clean It is located close to blue grotto. The room had a spacious balcony and jacuzzi

The soundproofing could be improved I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent areas.

i noticed the blanket had no cover , and i saw visible stains on it.

the restaurant provided amazing food with a beautiful view. they offered excellent service. the staff were super friendly.

One item went missing after housekeeping. there was no significant response, even after informing the owner. the door lacked soundproofing. I heard a housekeeper talking on the phone early in the morning! it woke me up.

The staff were very cute, helpful and friendly! the rooms were lovely. The breakfast was also good. i used the leisure pool and sauna. It is a beautiful space.

the blanket had no cover, visible blood stains were present. the door lacked soundproofing. early in the morning, one of the housekeepers was talking on the phone, it woke us up.
