The staff was helpful throughout my stay, they promptly addressed any questions i had. i appreciated the availability of an in-room safe for securing valuables. It gave me some peace of mind. during my stay, i used the complimentary wifi service a lot. It was fast and reliable.

the elevator was a bit slow, but it was never a major inconvenience.

central location friendly staff free capsules

The hotel's location rocks it is super central! i walked to all the main attractions and it saved me so much time. the staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave me great tips for local restaurants and sights. the room was clean, and the coffee machine with free capsules was a huge bonus!

the reception area is pretty small, and it got crowded during check-in.

the location was MAGNIFICENT. i found the staff to be very kind and helpful always. the hotel offered a nice 'breakfast included' option, i thought.

the room was completely different from the photos online, it was a SHOCK. i was given an attic-style room with a low ceiling. no complimentary bottled water was provided, not even one small bottle.

the hotel room was super clean. i noticed the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at an ideal temperature. the bed was very comfortable.. i slept soundly each night. i liked the in-room coffee maker.

the reception area was quite small, and it felt a bit crowded when several guests were checking in at once.
