the staff members were helpful and friendly. i received a big breakfast package to go because i had an early flight. the hotel's location was convenient to get around town. it.

navigating the stairs with heavy suitcases was challenging. it caused some inconvenience upon arrival and departure.

the room included a comfortable bed and provided a restful experience. a kettle was available, allowing me to make tea, additionally a fridge was there. it was useful for keeping drinks cool.

the breakfast offered plenty of options, so i was satisfied. the room where breakfast was served had movie and anime posters. themed gadgets and decorations added to the atmosphere. i liked it very much.

the staff was always friendly. the reception staff gave me helpful tips. i appreciated the tips and the warm welcome i received from them. the hotel was kept clean.

The staff immediately gave me a quieter room after i requested it. I thought that was acceptable.

I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. this was particularly inconvenient. I found it quite tiresome after traveling all day. the stairs were very narrow.
