The location was excellent with the metro right outside the door. It made getting around easy. i found a lidl supermarket in the same building, very convenient for snacks. the hotel provided nice city views from the seventh floor. the air conditioning was very helpful during the summer heat.

Some front desk staff seemed a bit impolite. it was only a few individuals.

The staff quickly refilled items at breakfast. This ensured everything was available. there was also space available to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out, a convenient perk. this helped me avoid carrying bags.

The room was large enough. This is a great size for a european hotel. the bathroom had upgraded materials, modern and clean. rooms featured effective air conditioning, a big plus. it was much appreciated.

I stayed at the hotel recently. the location was convenient, especially with the metro station right next to the hotel. the breakfast had many options. I found something new each morning. the bathroom was modern. The shower was really nice.

the pillows were too soft for my liking. i prefer something with more support.

soft pillowsno free water

I found the pillows rather uncomfortable. They felt too soft and lacked support (I need firmer pillows for a good night's sleep). the absence of complimentary water in the room was a minor inconvenience. I expect free water to be available, especially after a long day of travel. The room's temperature control was also not precise. It was difficult to maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature.
