worn pillows blood stain

the location was good and central. the staff was mostly courteous.

I found stains on the bedsheets, it was quite off-putting. also, the pillows felt old and worn. I even noticed a blood stain on one. i expected better quality for what i paid. the room didn't feel very clean. i was disappointed.

I liked my room and its space. breakfast had various options. I got fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. the staff was helpful with directions to old town square. the gym was a nice extra to have .

the minibar was not restocked one day.

The hotel looked recently renovated and had nice interiors. The staff were great. They were always lovely. The location proved excellent for exploring the area.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow at times, a little inconvenient.
