Staff members were kind and helpful. they always seemed interested in assisting guests. a staff member smiled, even after i woke her up at 4 am for checkout. I found this attitude excellent.

Fantastic Hotel with Comfortable Rooms!

The room was clean and I loved the balcony it had! I would come back again.

The air conditioners were turned off , and there were no fans provided which was a big problem. I asked the front desk about this issue, but I was told they were not allowed to turn them on due to the time of year which was quite disappointing.

I found gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk readily available during breakfast which was excellent. The breakfast options also included tasty items which were a great way to start the day. I enjoyed the coffee which was very nice and flavorful.

The room was very large and it featured an amazingly comfortable bed, also huge. Housekeeping cleaned every day and took the time to fold my pyjamas. Free waters were replenished daily which was a welcome touch.

The hotel location provided convenient access to nearby parks and public transportation. Public transportation was just a short walk away, and kids could ride for free. It was quieter than the center, yet easy to access on foot.

The staff was very cute and provided early check-in when I arrived before 11:00 am. This early check-in was amazing and I really appreciated the gesture. The reception staff were also helpful and tried to accommodate every request.
