the hotel was very clean and the staff were professional. the check in process was smooth and the room was spacious. we had three guests so the sofa was already a bed, this saved us time.
this means unloading luggage at the hotel entrance first! though the parking was expensive. It costs €26 per night.

the location was good! it was near the park. the room had a huge bed, and the sofa bed was a double. the service was good! staff were friendly and accommodating!
The room was small, and it was dark. The lighting was terrible. there was nowhere to put luggage, and we couldn't open the window! we told them to clean the room, but when we came back after 6 pm, it hadn't been cleaned.

I encountered a couple of issues . The pillows were too soft for my liking, which affected my sleep quality (I need firmer support). there was a strange noise, possibly from some electronic device, that I could hear even with earplugs, this disrupted my sleep.
