fantastic location on Gran Via!

attentive staff spacious room modern decor ideal location

The staff was super attentive. I really appreciated that. I had a Premium Double or Twin Room, and it was quite spacious with modern decor. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean! The location was ideal. I could walk to many attractions.

the elevators sometimes took a little while during peak hours.

central location clean room breakfast quality

i found the location really good. it was easy to reach various destinations with the nearby metro. the room was very clean. i enjoyed the a la carte breakfast instead of a buffet as the quality was high.
