i was very grateful for the hotel's superb services and facilities. the breakfast had wide selections and high-quality ingredients. the swimming pool was clean, with many comfortable loungers available. i really found it was an ideal place for relaxation. i also appreciated that a mall was so near.
the gym was a bit small, with only a few machines available!

The staff was attentive and quick to respond to my requests. i received assistance with my luggage and directions to nearby attractions. I found this very helpful. the concierge services were efficient, and i was able to easily book transportation.

the hotel features a well kept outdoor swimming pool. i saw that the pool area includes a sufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas. the fitness center has basic equipment, including treadmills and free weights, all in good condition.

friendly staff front desk genuine care
the staff was friendly and helpful, especially sophie from the front desk. she always were really nice too make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. her genuine care really made a difference.

The hotel staff displayed consistent politeness. They willingly accommodated my requests. The variety of food offered met expectations.
The check-in process recorded an incorrect room deposit. This led to issues with restaurant discounts. The wifi was too slow for remote work purposes.

mixed feelings about this place.
unprofessional security chaotic check-in
the room was clean. that's something, i guess.
The security guards were something else. Grumpy and unprofessional. they didn't seem to know how to give clear instructions either, it was chaotic. also, the check-in process was a mess.
