the location is very convenient for accessing transportation. the room was adequately clean , and the shower was good. the hotel staff were helpful and polite .

the carpet in my room had some noticeable stains. the wardrobe lacked sufficient shelving .

dusty tea area damp bathroom

the staff was helpful. they helped with my requests.

the room was not properly cleaned! the tea area was full of dust and it wasn't attended to every day. the bathroom also smelled damp, really unpleasant. also, the room didn't have drawers, so i had to keep my clothes in my suitcase. i'm not used to that.

lobby odor slow response

i found the lobby reeked of tandoori chicken, i guess because of the open buffet. it was pervasive. the reception staff looked as thrilled to be there as i would be at a root canal. also, getting someone to answer the phone for room inquiries seemed to require an act of congress. the response time was glacial.
