The room service was not great. they did not take glasses or cups for 5 days. This caused ants. the bed sheets also remained unchanged. finally, the drinks service in the restaurant was slow. sometimes, i waited 30 minutes and my food was finished before drinks arrived. i think they need more staff.

the pool IS decent in size and the balcony view provided a good atmosphere. the staff were helpful and attentive to requests, always ready to assist. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet even if it was repetitive. the hotel's location allows easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

the entertainment programme was a bit limited, especially with the music selection played during the day.

the room was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The air conditioning worked efficiently, it kept the room cool during the hot days. the provided amenities met my needs.
