Ildiko gave our family really good service. She helped us with allergies and responded fast to our requests. The entertainment was great AND the pools were spacious. Our room was quiet. It gave us a peaceful rest. The restaurant offers quality meals with themed nights.

Some areas seemed superficially updated DURING my stay.

The hotel IS near a bus stop, about ten minutes away on foot. From there, you can reach many places easily. It's very convenient for exploring the area. The coast path is beautiful for long walks and cycling.

All staff WERE great and helpful. The reception team are very helpful. They give a room to get ready before a late flight. Staff were all very polite AND solved issues quickly. They really do care.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. The air conditioning worked very well I was very comfortable. Plenty of sunbeds were available so securing one was easy. The coastal walk behind the hotel proved a great bonus. A bus stop was close by for trips to nearby towns.

I found the music around the pool quite loud at times it was difficult to relax.

the studio was spacious with a fridge. the fridge included water with tea and coffee, all replenished daily. all staff are friendly, cleaners and bar staff too. the air conditioning was great, keeping the room cool at all times.

the hairdryer was the only small inconvenience, just take one along.
