The breakfast time was excessively early at 9am on a sunday. I require a more reasonable hour. additionally, the owner exhibited a distinct lack of communication regarding on-site parking, forcing me to incur unnecessary expenses at a nearby facility costing £6.75.

breakfast was quite nice the hostess accommodated my dietary requirements the location was also great there were many shops and restaurants nearby private parking was helpful. the room was very cosy everything worked well there was private parking.
cleanliness seemed dusty everywhere the house needs a makeover paint looked old underneath the bed was very dirty the house needed updating. i found some furniture was well past its sell by date there was dust in many places the en-suite was not clean at all.

i appreciated secure parking. it was a bonus. breakfast included good choices. the location allows access to many restaurants.
dust was present in many places. the furniture seemed old. my room faced a busy road and this was noisy.
