i found the staff friendly and professional. they offered clear directions over the phone when we encountered a road closure (very helpful!). i appreciated the spotlessly clean, spacious room in the courtyard away from the main pub. our evening meal and breakfasts was so good with their high quality.
i noticed a slight clutter in the tea and coffee area in the room.
