The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. It featured a very comfortable king-size bed. The location made it simple to get here from Milano Malpensa Airport by train to Milano Porta Garibaldi station, then metro to Gerusalemme station, very close.
The bathroom was tiny especially the shower. It was not comfortable. They had a bidet instead of a toto washlet. It took up space from having a bigger shower.

i received complimentary breakfast because of my late arrival, which i really appreciated. the location is great, close to the metro station and the park. it made getting around so easy!
the air conditioning was not working properly. it made the room uncomfortable.

the room included comfortable beds, a kettle, a fridge, and a safe. cleanliness was at the highest level (i was so happy). breakfast was tasty and quite varied, so i enjoyed it so much.
