kind staff hot water convenient location morning noise bed bug small bath-to-shower
the staff was kind and easy to communicate with. the temperature in the room was quite nice for the winter (it was december!) and there was plenty of hot water. the location was convenient, a short walk from the metro station.
there was a lot of noise in the morning. i also found a bedbug in the bed and had to request a room change. the bathroom was poorly designed with a small bath-to-shower area , made washing uncomfortable.

room temperature convenient location
the room was decent for a short stay. the temperature in the room was comfortable during winter and hot water was available. the staff was kind. the location was convenient. it was a 15 minute walk from the central station and a 5 minute walk from the metro station.
the rooms are quite old and not exactly like the images. i could easily hear conversations from other rooms which was a bit distracting. this impacted my overall sense of privacy and quiet.

fantastic stay near the station!
convenient location comfortable beds clean environment helpful staff
the hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the main train station, made getting around easy. the room i got was a nice surprise, it was upgraded! it had comfortable beds and everything felt very clean. the staff were all friendly and helpful. i was happy they kept my luggage safe after checkout.
the walls felt a little thin, i could sometimes hear noises from the hallway.

the reception operates 24 hours, always a plus for late arrivals or early departures, and staff members were smart and efficient. i appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out processes, this showed the hotel valued guests time.

i found a variety of options were available at breakfastwith a good selection of pastries, fruits, and cereals. the dining area was kept clean and well-organized, and i found a seat quickly each morning.
