the room was cute and elegant. i noticed many extra details making the experience very good. a special touch of italian warm welcome was evident through the pilates ball in the room.

the air conditioning was poor, so i spent two days in the heat. the window opened, but not wide enough to provide adequate ventilation. a kettle was available only upon request, a bit inconvenient. i missed having immediate access to hot water for tea.

the staff greeted us with SMILES! my room was super clean, including luxe fixtures and interior design. the minibar offered complimentary beverages and snacks and was refilled daily. the separate area with coffee and apertivo was a treat after sightseeing.

the air CONDITIONING was poor, leaving us in the heat for two days. the window did open, but not wide enough considering mosquitos. kettles were available only upon request.

the hotel had a well stocked minibar and a separate area always stocked with coffee and occasionally apertivo. the room featured luxe fixtures and a comfortable setup that gave a very upscale impression and feeling. it was really special.

The hotel is about a fifteen minute walk from the city center, a nice distance from touristy areas. some excellent restaurants and cafes are nearby. These establishments provide varied options for dining and local experiences. it is super convenient.

the staff greeted us with smiles and provided us with excellent service. the staff allowed us to check in early at 10 AM, even though it was well before our check in time. such a PLUS!

The room design seemed to prioritize aesthetics over practicality. Limited space was available for luggage storage. I had to keep my suitcase under the bed. The lack of complimentary water in the minibar felt a bit stingy, especially since the minibar had other drinks. the room wasn't completely dark at night because of illuminated switches (small detail, I know).
