a somewhat underwhelming stay
limited selection supermarket pastries
the breakfast was not exactly excellent. a limited selection of items was offered, and the pastries tasted like they came straight from a supermarket. also , my room's air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. it kept switching off after only a few hours , , made for a rather uncomfortable night.

ideal location excellent location clean room respectful staff automatic switch-off wall controller no remote
The location was ideal for my plans. I could walk to the leonardo museum, the castle, and the duomo. The rooms were clean and the staff was very courteous (especially to those who don't speak italian!).
The air conditioning automatically switched off after three hours. This happened during the night, so i had to get out of bed to switch it on again. The controller is fixed to the wall, so a remote was not available.
