the room was well-equipped (it even included a welcome detail). the hairdryer worked very well. the bathroom featured a great variety of amenity kits, including gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
The breakfast service was understaffed. Only one waiter served many clients.

I was not thrilled with the room size. It felt REALLY cramped (even though it was supposed to be a decent category). Finding space for my luggage was a struggle. The limited space impacted my overall comfort and made it difficult to relax after a long day. I also found the breakfast selection quite monotonous. The same items looked every day, and there was not much variety.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite upon arrival, it was very spacious and well-appointed. The room included a comfortable king-size bed and high-quality linens (the best I have ever experienced!). The staff provided excellent service, they addressed all requests promptly and with a smile. I found the hotel's location convenient, it was near public transportation and several points of interest.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway (but it was quickly cleaned).

The hotel includes a fitness center. I saw three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. A spa is available. It features a sauna and a steam room, though I didn't use them. A business center offered computers and printing services to guests.

The suite featured soundproof windows that completely blocked outside noise. It had a seating area with a sofa and a coffee table (a perfect spot to relax). The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
