The self-check-in was quick. the rooftop bar had a great view. the staff was really helpful and remembered me from a previous visit. i liked the location near times square. It was easy to get around.

i appreciated the central location. the subway access was very easy. the rooftop bar offered great views of the city. the staff members, grace and ben, were particularly amazing to work with, it was a top level service.

the room was quite small. it was like living in a tiny home. limited space made it hard to manage luggage.
