Great Location, Stylish Design

central location stylish design complimentary snacks room safe

I found complimentary water, coffee, and biscuits to be a very nice touch. A safe was in the room, very useful for valuables. The hotel's aesthetic is thoughtfully designed and well-kept, including the keycard design. I had no issues with noisy streets, despite the central location.

The doors use springs causing them to slam at all hours, which disrupted my sleep due to poor sound insulation. I could even hear people in the room above turning on lights.

A snack bar with self-service tea, coffee, water and biscuits is conveniently located on each floor. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, offering food and drinks, and a calm bar on site. The room included air conditioning.

The staff was very helpful, available at all times, and always ready to assist. The hotel provided earplugs in the room, a useful addition. Daily room cleaning ensured a tidy and pleasant environment throughout my stay.

quirky stay with scottish-cuban flair

fusion theme accommodating staff daily cleaning central location

i found the hotel's scottish and cuban fusion theme quite unique. the front desk staff was very accommodating when i arrived. my room was cleaned thoroughly each day i was there. the location was indeed perfect as it sits in the gothic district with excellent restaurants nearby.

i noticed slight wear and tear in some areas, showing the need for some minor maintenance.

the location was indeed central! a metro station was nearby. the staff was nice and helpful at check-in and check-out. there was filtered water to refill bottles.

The hotel has a great location near many attractions. The front desk staff helped with directions and questions. A coffee bar with biscuits was available, which I found nice.

My room was small. It was like space was lacking. The room conservation wasn't ideal. I noticed a lack of paint in corners and marks on the walls.

Excellent Stay with Great Location

attentive staff free coffee room safe central location

The staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. Complimentary coffee and water were available on each floor which I found useful. The hotel provided a safe in the room for valuables which gave me peace of mind. The location in the Born district put me close to many museums and restaurants.

The lift carpet had a slight odor.
