The Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant has two seatings at 6:30-7pm and 9pm and is open every day. Breakfast must be booked the day before, with seatings from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and 9:30 to 10:30 am in the restaurant, and via room service from 7:30 to 10:30 am. Wine growers or wine experts can guide guests to discover regional wines in the Château's wine cellar. A table by the river can be booked upon request.
