the room was a decent size for the price (i guess).

The gym was a joke. it had like, one working treadmill. i also wasn't impressed with the 'river view' i paid extra for. It mostly overlooked a parking lot. the noise from the street kept me awake. Earplugs are a must.

The location provided convenient access to public transport, including bus stops and a nearby ferry terminal.

I was quite disappointed with the room. It felt old and dusty, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning unit when I first entered. The photos online did not match the apartment I received, as I faced another building and a noisy air conditioning unit, limiting my ability to use the balcony.
