Wonderful River View Room
perfect viewsurprise backpackefficient valet
The 27th-floor room provided excellent views of the bridge for watching the fireworks. I booked a family package with early check-in and a surprise for the kids. A backpack with activities and a ball was included. Valet service was efficient and quite fast there.
I found the smoke alarm emitted an audible beeping sound every five seconds.

The staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness . They were understanding when we reminded our children to use their manners. The front desk sent dessert and champagne to the room after our wedding. Valet workers were fast with smiles.

The gym is equipped with shower facilities, the pool is on the fourth floor, and room service delivers to the pool. The entrance hall is spacious. A bus stop is right out front and takes you to the southbank. I loved the sauna and the jacuzzi

Breakfast included a variety of drinks, yogurts, and fruit in glass door fridges. Hot food remained hot, eggs could be custom ordered, and the breakfast buffet offered many choices. I was able to enjoy christmas dinner there.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the central business district and restaurants. The location provides views of the bridge. A bus stop outside allows travel to southbank. It is next to the main shopping street.

The room had a bath and separate shower. The beds were quite comfortable. Mini bar options for kids were available, and the room was warm and cute. I loved the bridge view from my room.
