I was overcharged, despite using my accor points to reduce the room cost. They still charged me the full price.. it reminded me of a complete disregard for the loyalty program. additionally, i didn't receive a welcome drink, a standard accor member benefit. i found the lack of attention to detail very frustrating.

The room was quiet, despite the hotel's proximity to the airport. I appreciated the spacious parking. It made arrival and departure very convenient. The restaurant on-site, Apron, offered top-class dining options.

I found the shuttle service to be not frequent ENOUGH.

The staff was very friendly plus helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The buffet breakfast was really good, the perfect way to recharge. I appreciated the hotel being an easy walking distance from the domestic terminal.

The room was a pretty average type of room. The standard really wasn't better than the average small-town motel.

The room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower worked perfectly. I found the walk to the domestic terminal took only 10 minutes. The hotel's proximity to the airport proved valuable.

The carpets in the corridors showed some wear. They could use a refresh. but this did not affect my stay
