free parking buffet breakfast friendly staff
The cultural centre was so close! walking to qpac was super easy. the free parking was a bonus. This made everything much easier for me. the buffet breakfast was great value. friendly staff ensured i felt welcomed .
The shower had a constant leaking tap. It was very noisy and quite annoying.

convenient stay near everything
ideal location useful equipment
location was ideal close to many attractions including the cultural centre and south brisbane railway station etc. the kitchenette had all i needed and i really appreciated the inclusion of a washing machine a drier and even an iron with an ironing board.
i noticed the air conditioning did not work as well as i expected nor did the tv function properly. because i was out most of the time i did not report the issues but i wish it had worked upon arrival.

my apartment included all necessary items plus a convenient balcony and the room size was adequate. a tv a microwave and a small refrigerator were available for my convenience. the bed was clean.

this hotel has excellent access to various arts venues making it simple to attend performances. many dining options exist at southbank south brisbane and west end which are located nearby. the cbd is accessible with a short walk.

the restaurant inside the hotel provided great food and was certainly very convenient. i found the reception team to be pleasant upon check in and check out and were efficient. free parking was a definite plus.

cute reception restaurant dinner provided parking high cost ripped curtain loose fitting
The hotel provides parking. The reception staffs were very cute. The dinner in the restaurant was beautifull. The staffs are wonderful, too.
The cost for an extra night was high. It was eighty dollar more a night. The curtain in room was ripped. The bathroom were old and shabby with loose fittings in the shower.

arts center food places clean room superb location
I found the location superb, literally in the arts center. A quick walk led me to the amazing food places in Fish Lane. The room I booked was clean. The location was excellent, awesome for easy access to many attractions.
The rubbish bins under my room were emptied quite early, around 7.00 am.
Service

The staff working at the reception desk provided a fast service during check-in. They were quite efficient in processing requests and answering questions. The restaurant and cafe located on the premises, created ease.

The on-site restaurant offered great value. I really enjoyed the free parking. The staff was lovely and friendly, a real bonus.
The air conditioning in the lounge did not work as well as I would have liked.
