I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to assist. the view from the 32nd floor was amazing! the pool area was a real highlight, it was easy to find a great spot. parking availability was good, even when i returned late.
The housekeeping service needed improvement. I had to request multiple times to get basic tasks done, like emptying the rubbish bin.

The rooftop barbecue area is perfect, with gas barbecues available for use, and it presents fine views. the gym features modern equipment. There are three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

This hotel is situated right across from the beach. It ensures easy access to swimming and sunbathing. it is located within walking distance of the center of surfers. Many shops and restaurants are accessible.

The staff were very attentive and quick to respond to requests. They were helpful throughout my stay. the reservation team accommodated my last-minute rescheduling, which i really appreciated!!!

the location had easy access to the tram line and the beach. the rooftop viewing deck was also a huge plus. the apartment had appliances like an oven and a laundry (very useful ). i found that convenient.
the shower had almost no water pressure. some of the facilities did not work (i had issues with the washing machine). that was disappointing. these issues impacted my comfort.

The apartment had a lovely balcony. It gave nice views. The kitchen was well equipped. I also found the location convenient to transportation.
The room was not cleaned very well. This was especially apparent considering the price. The shower had almost no water pressure. I found this disappointing.

the hotel had amazing views from the 37th floor. i could see the beautiful beach right from my room. the room was spacious and had a washer, a dryer, and a kitchenette. the bed was comfortable, and the room was super clean.
the air conditioning had an unpleasant smell. the tv in the bedroom did not work. i thought it was terribly out of date. the microwave did not work well, and neither did the dryer.
