missed service overflowing rubbish bin

The hotel's location proved convenient.

The room service was a real letdown, and I didn't get what I paid for. I made a call to ensure the room would be serviced before I left, but I found it untouched upon my return. A simple 'sorry' and some towels couldn't fix the fact that the service was already paid for! Now I had a full bin and damp towels to deal with.

The front desk staff were helpful. They answered all my questions. the location allowed easy access to the South Bank precinct. the breakfast had many options. I found this EXCELLENT.

The hotel gym is small. It has limited equipment.

The LOCATION was super convenient, especially being so close to the Myer center, what a relief. I REALLY appreciated the staff. They were so helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile. The room was modern with a VERY comfy bed. IT had amazing views. I could have stayed forever.

THE breakfast buffet seemed a bit limited with few options.

Awesome Central Hotel Stay!

best location helpful staff smooth check-in good breakfast

This place has the best location! The super nice team, especially Stella, the cleaning lady. Check-in was smooth, and they were friendly. I got cheap parking at the nearby Uptown Parking Centre, a quick walk away. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options (the scrambled eggs rocked!).

I found the water station on the lower level was not refilled in the evening, a little inconvenient.

The location was really great. It was easy to locate it. The room met my expectations since I booked the Standard Queen Room. I appreciate the comfortable beds.

There was not enough extra pillows. The parking situation proved challenging. I needed 2.1 height clearance but it was not available at the hotel. I had to park on the street and it was expensive.
