The LOCATION was super convenient, especially being so close to the Myer center, what a relief. I REALLY appreciated the staff. They were so helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile. The room was modern with a VERY comfy bed. IT had amazing views. I could have stayed forever.

THE breakfast buffet seemed a bit limited with few options.

Awesome Central Hotel Stay!

This place has the best location! The super nice team, especially Stella, the cleaning lady. Check-in was smooth, and they were friendly. I got cheap parking at the nearby Uptown Parking Centre, a quick walk away. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options (the scrambled eggs rocked!).

I found the water station on the lower level was not refilled in the evening, a little inconvenient.

The location was really great. It was easy to locate it. The room met my expectations since I booked the Standard Queen Room. I appreciate the comfortable beds.

There was not enough extra pillows. The parking situation proved challenging. I needed 2.1 height clearance but it was not available at the hotel. I had to park on the street and it was expensive.
