Solid Choice for a Short Stay

The location is close to the metro station. This was one of the key reasons I booked it. My room was very clean. It was cleaned well daily. The staff was polite and efficient, and I liked that.
Access to the rooms on the upper floors is only via a stone staircase. This could be a problem with mobility issues.

the staff was attentive AND kind. the daily room cleaning was perfect. i also appreciated how close the hotel IS to the train station. everything was AMAZING!
the air conditioner did not cool the room adequately. i definitely struggled with the heat. the room could have been colder.

i found the staff very helpful with local directions. the courtyard garden offered a quiet spot to relax. i secured parking in the underground garage for a reasonable fee. the proximity to the metro made getting around simple.
it was only a minor issue though.
