the room was clean and the location near the metro was convenient for getting around.
The air conditioning barely worked . It was quite uncomfortable. i also found the towels to be rather thin and worn. It was like they needed replacing. the room smelled stale.

Excellent Stay Near Hero's Square

This was my first time at this hotel. The location is great. The hotel is in a leafy area on Andrassy near Hero's Square. I could easily walk to City Park and the Szechenyi Thermal Baths. There was a small balcony where I had my morning coffee.
The towels were pretty old, thin, and did not smell fresh.

The room was spacious and clean. It was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable for restful sleep. An elevator was available for easy access to all floors. The room provided sufficient space for luggage.

The staff went above expectations to. I experienced quality service similar to five-star hotels. Everything was flawless. The restaurant's food quality was also really good and always fresh.

the hotel is situated very conveniently near heroes' square. breakfast offered a satisfying array of choices, and the restaurant presented good dining options. i particularly enjoyed the proximity to key attractions!
the absence of daily housekeeping was a bit inconvenient. requesting cleaning supplies and fresh towels became necessary. i believe daily service should be standard for a hotel of this quality.

Our classic double room featured a very large, bright space. It felt quite cute. the bathroom was well-appointed, and the quiet street ensured restful nights. we found the provided amenities to be very adequate.

the hotel is very close to the main city park and its many attractions. a metro station is also nearby, just 100m away, which gets you downtown quickly. the rooms are spacious and clean , and the beds felt super comfortable.
the room smelled faintly of drains, but it was manageable.

the hotel had a good location, near the metro station. breakfast offered a lot of choices and tasted quite nice. i received a large room with ample space.
The air conditioning system was not working properly . thin towels were provided in the bathroom. They smelled unpleasant. i noticed noise coming from traffic close to the hotel.
