beautiful roomspool viewking-sized beddaily housekeeping
we snagged a fantastic last-minute deal! our three beautiful rooms with pool view were spacious. two rooms connected and each had a king-sized bed. the shower was separate from the bathtub, and the water pressure was great. housekeeping was available daily, and the hotel's facilities matched its 4-star rating. i used the huge pool that features a pool bar. towels were provided for the pool and trips to the beach. the lobby included a pool table and a starbucks counter.

I found a starbucks counter right in the lobby. It was very convenient. breakfast options included many choices for vegetarians plus a very good indian restaurant is just opposite the road.

The rooms are large with a king-sized bed and plenty of space. This was great for a family. a separate shower from the bathtub and the water pressure were good! also, housekeeping can be done every day if desired.

the hotel provides easy access to aonang beach, shops, and restaurants. it's a short 10-minute walk to aonang beach for longtail boats, and even closer to the longtail boat drop-off. aonang landmark night market is also a quick 10-minute walk away!

The staff were friendly I found them helpful. The location is near various shops and a beach.
Housekeeping was subpar the room smelled damp upon arrival. There was also mold in the shower and I didn't think the towels smelled clean. Our terrace was not cleaned during the whole stay.

The staff were very polite.
I booked a room, but it was right next to the hotel's restaurants and a very large extractor fan. It was noisy and smelly, unfortunately. The hotel seems geared towards families, not couples. The pool area is small, and sunbeds are mostly in the shade all day.

The room had a very large bed and a spacious balcony. I chose to have meals at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and almost occidental.
The rooms weren't very clean. There was a slight smell of mold.

The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the daily housekeeping, as the room was kept clean. I was able to rent a car directly from the hotel, delivered right to the entrance.. it was very convenient.
The pool area sometimes became quite busy, especially during peak hours.
