“Castle Hotel is what I would call an authentic Welsh experience, from the warm welcome to the home-cooked breakfast that caters even to vegetarians and vegans; the central Aberaeron location makes exploring the coast simple. It strikes me as a comfortable base, especially if traveling with a dog, with the added bonus of live entertainment at the bar. A genuinely friendly place.”
