The location was not ideal. I felt unsafe walking alone at night. the surrounding area had disassembled buildings and dark alleys, unsettling.

the reception staff were helpful with directions and planning trips i found that useful. the breakfast was tasty i appreciated the variety. the hotel bar was lovely i enjoyed spending time there.

the area outside felt unlit and abandoned i did not like that. i found that taxis were expensive the location was not ideal for a city break. the nearest metro was a 20 minute walk that was inconvenient.

the staff were AMAZING and very prompt. i received an upgrade upon arrival, i didn't even ask! the hotel looked nice from the inside.

the hotel turned the air conditioning off centrally, so i could not use it. temperatures reached 27 degrees .

the pool vas fantastic! free parking is available . a taxi service is provided for easy transportation. the bar offers a variety of drinks and snacks, for example, my wife had excellent margaritas.
