The staff was really good, i found they couldn't do enough for me. i enjoyed a delicious spanish breakfast on the terrace, it featured an very nice view. anelia and lorena were helpful. Nothing was too much trouble!

the breakfast was acceptable, offering a simple start to the day.

The noise was excessive. I heard water draining from other rooms and the room was situated right by the front door. there wasn't even a drinking glass provided, quite frustrating.

the staff explained the parking clearly. they recommended a good restaurant for our evening meal. the views were excellent from the beautiful double room balcony.

the breakfast was minimal. it included yogurt, muesli, dried fruit, two types of bread and some preserves. the room itself wasn't as nice as shown in pictures. the wifi signal was bad, i couldn't use it most of the time.

The hotel boasts a sun terrace, perfect for enjoying drinks. The staff was very helpful with local tips. I enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the palace (it was a treat!).

The bathroom light switch was somewhat hidden and hard to reach.

The Alhambra view was excellent. Staff were very helpful! and they explained clearly what to see. The courtyard included a pool. It was most welcome on a hot afternoon.

The WiFi signal was not strong at times. I had some issues connecting.

clogged shower drain thin walls

the room wasnt great. the shower drain was clogged, and the water backed up. the breakfast was basic and lacked variety, i expected more. the walls seemed thin, i could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway, disturbing my sleep.

the staff offered excellent assistance with local restaurant bookings. breakfast featured a simple but adequate selection of spanish items on the terrace. it was nice!
