the air conditioning was set too high i couldn't adjust it the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay also there were no fans available to circulate the air.

The hotel boasts amazing views that stretch across the entire valley. My room was spacious, and it was well equipped. The staff were attentive, and they offered helpful service.
Upon arrival, I was asked to wait. The room needed cleaning. I noticed the absence of a kettle and tea and coffee-making facilities, which surprised me. I found a previous occupant's underwear in a bedside drawer. It was a very unpleasant discovery.
