an okay stay with some issues
antique piecesspacious roomkitchen noisecramped bathroom
the building definitely stands out. my room was spacious and it was thoughtfully furnished with antique pieces (a very nice touch!).
the room i got was right next to the kitchen, and i had to walk past the door. i could hear all the noise. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and i noticed some limescale on the shower.

The valet parking was very convenient! The location is amazing, being within walking distance of many attractions. Meals on the loggia offered tasty food along with a great view, and the beds were comfortable.
The front desk service was slow to respond when help was needed with bags.

the rooftop terrace was a highlight. i enjoyed breakfast there each morning and the views over the city were great. the hotel's location near the pitti palace was ideal (only a block away!).
the room was a bit worn and could use a refresh.
