detailed instructions comfortable room easy access
The hotel provided detailed instructions via whatsapp before my arrival. This helped me navigate the restricted zone by car. my room was super clean and comfortable, it included a kettle for making tea and coffee. i found the location to be ideal with easy access to main attractions.
i noticed the room i was in was facing a venue that held wedding celebrations, the noise was disruptive until late at night.

The staff was SUPER helpful. They provided clear directions when I had trouble finding the place. The hotel breakfast was lovely I asked for an egg and cheese omelette. Towels provided were the SOFTEST.
The room I stayed in felt quite small. The bathroom fixtures was a bit old. Towels felt old too, this was a problem. THE air conditioning was insufficient. It struggled to cool the room effectively.

the room had quality linens and towels, i suppose.
the 'air conditioning' was insufficient, i must say. i was sweating in the room. it wasn't cool at all. it was disappointing.

I found the location superb, allowing me to easily walk to the alhambra and along the river darro. the hotel's restoration really impressed me. I sensed history . the reception staff were professional, helpful, and very well-informed. the ladies serving breakfast were friendly and efficient too.
the towels felt quite old, and some bathroom fixtures showed their age.

detailed instructions navigation ease
I received detailed instructions before arrival. These instructions covered reaching the hotel by car through restricted zones. this made navigation easy, as maps could have led me astray. the room included a kettle so i could prepare my own coffee.
the air conditioning was insufficient, i felt too warm in the room.
