slow check-in dead batteries

The check-in process crawled. Only one person handled a snaking queue. my room was a "double or twin room", it felt more like a single. the tv remote didn't work. the batteries were dead, presumably from the previous guest's frustration. i asked for new ones but no one ever brought them. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the welcome vegan snacks and fruit in my room. It was a lovely gesture. the restaurant offered plant-based dishes. breakfast was excellent with many options.

The bathroom seemed a bit unclean and neighbours were audible through thin walls. I could hear snoring.
