Adequate Stay, but Some Issues Noted

unclean hallway mediocre food

The swimming pool was available and I found it acceptable.

I found the hallway unclean. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The restaurant's food was mediocre. They refused coffee until the buffet breakfast finished at 11am, which I found frustrating (it really was).

clean rooms great pool area hot water issue bathtub problem

the rooms were really clean and the pool area was quite nice, including a bar and restaurant.

The biggest issue i faced was the complete lack of hot water in the bathtub. It presented a rather significant inconvenience .

The rooms are spacious. They are well thought out. The bed was comfortable. The common area was good for studying.

I think the location wasn't worth it for the amount we paid. The rooms were fine but not much. I could not smoke anywhere, even on the balcony. I had to go to the parking lot to smoke.

excellent stay and great location

I stayed in a beautiful double room. the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room remained cool. The staff greeted me every time i entered or exited the building. I found the security personnel particularly nice. the restaurant staff and lobby personnel were very kind. the swimming pool and restaurant offered good relaxation options.

i found the lift very small. it was difficult for a family with a pram.

The hotel is located in a quieter area. It still offers easy access to main attractions. A short taxi or tuk tuk ride of about 15 minutes gets you to the main sights. The street has food stalls, and there are many seven elevens nearby.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace with a pool. There is also a restaurant and a common room. The hotel offers a good range of facilities . the building is clean and aesthetically pleasing on the inside, an advantage.
