helpful staff functional desk great shower

The staff were very helpful when i needed anything. the room had a good desk and chair. This worked well for getting work done. also, the shower was great after a long day.

the windows were dirty. This affected the view from my room and the amount of natural light.

The hotel includes a swimming pool. It has twenty loungers . i observed a shaded section near the pool. It provides relief from the sun. the fitness center has three treadmills and two stationary bikes for exercise.

amazing stay!

clean room convenient location quick assistance

The room was super clean, especially the big bathroom! i found the location really convenient. It's near the skytrain , made exploring easy. the staff offered quick assistance with every request i made. (i even asked for extra towels and they arrived in minutes!).

The elevator was sometimes a little slow during peak hours. A very small inconvenience.

The staff was really attentive. Requests were handled promptly. the reception staff gave warm welcomes. i also appreciated the 24-hour check-in service. It made arrival flexible.

this spot is close to many good restaurants and bars. transport options are abundant. proximity to the terminal 21 shopping center made quick shopping trips easy. it is really walkable to key attractions and public transport.

Charming Stay with Friendly Staff

I found the location excellent. It is just a short walk from Sukhumvit. The beds and pillows were supremely comfortable. Staff members proved consistently friendly and polite. This is all I require when I am in the city. I even secured a suite room at a reasonable rate. It was surprisingly spacious.

the superior king room non-smoking had good air conditioning. the staff was attentive (especially with luggage assistance). i found the location convenient for accessing nearby shops.

the bathroom lighting was somewhat dim.
