the room had excellent air conditioning. the reception staff was very helpful and friendly, it helped a lot. the location was suitable to visit landmarks.

the breakfast lacked diversity. it was mostly asian food, i expected more options. i had to ask for bacon, it wasn't on the buffet.

The room was spacious. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast offered many choices including a make your own noodle soup station and good coffee.

The hotel grounds had many mosquitos.

The hotel staff was friendly. They were helpful with directions. My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

My room had thin windows. I could hear noisy traffic outside because the hotel is on a main road. There was no iron in my room. I had to call and ask for it.

the breakfast had a good variety. it changed every day. the reception area struck me as modern. the high ceilings were overall fine.

i found bugs in the bed. the staff did offer to change the linens. there were bugs on every sheet. the first solution should have been to change the room.
